Camden Into Enterprise
Camden Into Enterprise provides young people in Camden with the support they need to start a business.
Camden is famous for its bustling markets, creative community and independent businesses. Camden Into Enterprise hopes to make this community more accessible for young people, by providing the space and support they need to develop their business idea.
The Camden Into Enterprise Hub, located 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross, provides its entrepreneurs with computers, internet access, meeting space and a breakout area for them to grow and develop their ideas.
As well as the space to start a business, Into Enterprise also provides a business mentor to offer support and guidance. Experienced LYST mentors meet each young person on a monthly basis to help them through the challenges they may face in the early stages.
The project also hosts monthly 'Inspirational Speaker' events to inspire and connect are entrepreneurs, with previous guest speakers such as CBE Terry Mansfield, previous CEO of magazine-giant Hearst Corporations and John Ayton, of Links London.
